If you make a purchase during one of our Preorder Weeks, please remember that every item is custom made and may take up to 2-3 weeks before it's ready to ship.

Not every product is guarenteed to have a restock. Some items may come back once they've sold out and others may be in the shop for a limited time. If you see an item that you enjoy, we highly encourage you to get it while you can!

Considering that most of our items are personal care etc., we do not accept returns. Under very rare and special circumstances, we may offer a store credit.

Exchanges are only available for our apparel products such as tee shirts. If you have ordered the wrong size, please reach out with 14 days after your purchase. Exchanges will not be made outside of the 14 days and do not apply to socks or baby onesies.
